UPDATE FROM 1st MARCH 2022 ONWARDS

JUST TO CONFIRM – As we move forward out of lockdown, we will be changing some of our COVID 19 restrictions.

Our opening times will continue to be Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm and we will be on 24hr emergency call.

We will be keeping most safety procedures to keep our team and you safe. But we will be allowing euthanasia appointments in to the building. Only one person will be allowed in wearing a mask.  We will still be collecting your pet from the car park for all other appointments. This will be reviewed regularly. Please make sure you bring your mobile phone charged to the appointment and your pet is either in a secure cage or has a collar/harness and lead.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY IF YOU OR A MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS TESTED POSITIVE TO COVID.

All payments will still be taken over the telephone, by PetsApp or by bank transfer.

All consultations are appointment only and collection times will need to be arranged for any medication/food.

Please give a minimum of three working days for any orders of food or medication
